Senior Manager, Brand, Social & Creator Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to shape brand storytelling and drive social engagement across Europe. Based in Ireland, you will work at the intersection of culture, community, content and marketing, turning global brand direction into locally resonant campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional social and creator strategies that align with global brand goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end creator and influencer relationships, from sourcing and briefing to contracting and performance tracking.
• Produce and coordinate content for platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance and regional teams to launch compliant, culturally relevant campaigns.
• Lead junior team members, freelancers or agencies to deliver high‑quality assets on schedule.
• Analyse social engagement, creator performance and campaign metrics to optimise future initiatives.
• Participate in livestreams, community events and other audience‑centric activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, creator or influencer marketing, preferably in fast‑moving sectors such as crypto, fintech or technology.
• Deep knowledge of the European social media landscape and creator ecosystem.
• Proven track record of managing creator partnerships from outreach through execution and optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience growing brand presence across major social platforms.
