Senior Manager, Loan Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our growing Loan Operations team, which supports a dynamic private‑credit portfolio. The role combines strategic oversight of syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios with hands‑on leadership of portfolio managers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of portfolio managers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day management of syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with investment, risk, and finance partners to align operational processes with business objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best‑in‑class operational tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in loan operations, asset management, or portfolio monitoring.
• At least 5 years of people‑management experience, preferably within a financial services setting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of syndicated and bilateral loan structures.

Required skills

• Experience with Sentry PM (advantageous).
• Experience with Cassiopeia platform (advantageous).
