Senior Manager, Process Engineering – Dry Parts

About the role

The Senior Manager, Process Engineering – Dry Parts will lead the multi‑year modernization program for dry‑ingredient manufacturing across CPS sites. This position provides strategic and hands‑on technical leadership for equipment platform development, project execution, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create an equipment platform by defining the menu of choices for small‑batch, multi‑ingredient dry parts manufacturing, including detailed User Requirements Specifications (URS) and equipment specifications.
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to finalize specifications and ensure equipment is designed and built to meet them.
• Lead robust equipment testing at supplier factories, verify performance, and support site acceptance testing (SAT) during startup.
• Update specifications based on FMECAs, start‑up learnings, and technology upgrades.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support reliability and maintenance programs.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications and comply with all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in dry‑ingredient handling engineering or operations.
• In‑depth knowledge of production processes, safety, quality, and cost considerations.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal plants and external suppliers.
• High attention to detail and continuous‑improvement mindset.
