Senior MPS Specialist – Business Consulting

About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior MPS Specialist. MPS is an integrated production system for how the company designs, manages, and continuously improves operations and supporting business processes, enabled through the development of our people.

Key responsibilities

• Provide site‑wide support to deliver significant business results through use of MPS.
• Support critical improvement projects as the MPS subject‑matter expert.
• Work with the site MPS lead to maintain an active MPS strategy linked to site and company strategy.
• Enable World Class Supply objectives through value‑stream analysis and supply‑chain design on key franchises.
• Deliver training and coaching to build a self‑sustaining MPS capability culture.
• Deploy company‑wide MPS initiatives such as Closed Loop Management System, Tier fundamentals, problem solving, leader standard work, Hoshin, etc.
• Demonstrate mindsets and behaviours required to drive a high‑performance culture daily.

Required profile

• Manufacturing facility and equipment knowledge and experience.
• GMP compliance knowledge (beneficial but not essential).
• Ability to work under own initiative with high personal integrity and energy.
• Proven ability to employ multiple lean tools (Tier, problem solving, leader standard work, value‑stream mapping, waste analysis, capacity analysis, standard work, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of motivating and coaching others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels without direct authority.
• Knowledge of change execution management and openness to change.
• Effective planning, prioritisation, time‑management and delivery of quality results.
• Proactive, structured, logical problem‑solving approach and flexibility in responding to change.
• Keen interest in people development and coaching.
