Senior Planner – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join our Dublin team, supporting large‑scale data centre and critical infrastructure projects from pre‑construction through commissioning. The role will drive the creation and maintenance of detailed project programmes and ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed bid programmes and master construction schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead planning activities across pre‑construction, construction and commissioning phases.
• Represent the planning function in client and subcontractor meetings.
• Support project controls procedures and maintain accurate progress reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Mentor junior planners and promote a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to business development and long‑term client partnerships.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction planning experience, preferably with a main‑contractor in data‑centre or pharmaceutical projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results in complex project environments.
