Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join Autodesk’s Platform Services and Emerging Technology organization within the Developer Enablement group. The role focuses on building and evolving cloud‑native platforms that accelerate developer onboarding, improve productivity, and enhance platform reliability across the Americas, Canada, and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the architecture of developer onboarding and enablement platforms.
• Design, implement, and operate cloud‑native automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Integrate AI/ML and agentic AI solutions to automate onboarding, troubleshooting, and self‑service workflows.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance, troubleshoot complex distributed‑system issues, and create runbooks and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building scalable cloud‑native applications and platforms.
• Proven expertise in AWS, container orchestration, CI/CD, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code.
• Hands‑on experience delivering production AI/ML and LLM‑based automation.
