Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer – EMEA

About the role

Omni is looking for a Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for customers across the EMEA region. You will help prospects unlock the value of their data using Omni’s AI‑powered analytics platform, guiding them from initial discovery through to successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to uncover and validate use cases, demonstrating the value of the Omni platform.
• Lead technical discovery, product demos, and Proof‑of‑Concepts (POCs) for complex enterprise customers.
• Transition trial users into long‑term customers by collaborating with post‑sales and partner teams.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and raise the overall quality of demos and POCs.
• Provide feedback to Product, Design, and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of enterprise pre‑sales experience in business intelligence or data analytics (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture).
• Proven track record of winning new logos in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong consultative communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Experience with modern data‑stack technologies: Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift.
• Familiarity with transformation tools such as dbt.
• Advanced SQL for analytics.
• Knowledge of BI and analytics tools: Looker, Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense.
