Senior Product Designer

About the role

Kota is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Customer Platform team, the core product where employers and employees interact with health, pension, and insurance services. You will shape intuitive experiences for complex, information‑dense B2B products and help define the future of benefits UX.

Key responsibilities

• Own key web product areas from early concepts through shipped implementation.
• Transform ambiguous product problems into clear flows, interfaces, and interaction models.
• Raise design quality through critique, reusable components, and pattern libraries.
• Prototype, build, and iterate using Cursor or Claude Code.
• Partner closely with engineering to scope, design, iterate, and ship at high velocity.
• Contribute to product strategy, design culture, and overall direction of the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product designer on complex B2B, fintech, or information‑dense products.
• End‑to‑end ownership from systems thinking to detailed interaction design.
• Ability to balance speed of delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
