Senior Product Engineer

About the role

Solidroad is expanding its Dublin engineering hub and is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to lead technical work for the EMEA region. You will own key product areas, shape architecture, and work directly with customers to turn complex problems into shippable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture, reliability and performance standards for the product stack.
• Mentor and support a small local engineering team, fostering a high-trust, high-feedback culture.
• Collaborate with EMEA customers, translate their needs into measurable features and validate outcomes.
• Own end-to-end critical systems, including data and retrieval pipelines (Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce) and LLM evaluation/generation flows.
• Build real-time scoring, analytics and coaching loops that improve customer experience.
• Develop fast, resilient user interfaces using Next.js and React.
• Partner closely with product, design and GTM teams in both Dublin and San Francisco.

Required profile

• Several years of experience delivering full-stack products at scale.
• Proven ability to lead technical direction and make architecture trade-offs.
• Strong communication skills for direct interaction with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Passion for AI-driven solutions and a willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment.
