Senior Product Marketing Manager – Identity & Trust

About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Core Identity, Digital Signature, and Trust, you will own the narrative around DocuSign’s security, compliance, and agreement technologies. You will work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to shape an integrated go‑to‑market strategy for global buyers, risk officers, and legal influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and customer‑facing content that establishes DocuSign’s digital signature and identity verification solutions as the global standard for trust.
• Lead end‑to‑end GTM strategy and launch execution for new identity verification methods and premium trust services.
• Own primary trust web pages and internal sales enablement portals, ensuring timely access to the latest security and compliance content.
• Partner with product leads to create data‑driven feedback loops and tracking frameworks for user adoption.
• Enable global field teams with sales plays, tools, and insights to close regulated enterprise deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product marketing roles, preferably within security, identity verification, or digital signature domains.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes such as eIDAS and ESIGN.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling market narratives.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
