About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Project Associate to support the Resettlement and Family Reunification Unit in its Dublin Country Office. Reporting to the Head of Movement Management Unit and under the general supervision of the Chief of Mission, the incumbent will help manage resettlement programmes and coordinate related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the management and implementation of resettlement and family reunification projects.
- Coordinate operational functions within the Resettlement and Family Reunification Unit.
- Liaise with governmental, inter‑governmental and non‑governmental partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for migrant and refugee travel arrangements.
Required profile
- High school diploma with at least seven years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or a related field.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in migration, resettlement, humanitarian assistance or related fields.
- Ability to work under the supervision of senior mission leadership and within a multicultural environment.
