Senior Project Manager – Transformation PMO (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Our client is expanding its PMO function and seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of transformation programmes across the business. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, the role will provide strategic oversight, governance and delivery assurance for large‑scale operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, structure and project governance across multiple transformation programmes.
• Oversee delivery of large‑scale operations‑focused projects, managing milestones, dependencies and budgets.
• Establish and embed programme governance, including RAID management, delivery controls and reporting frameworks.
• Develop, maintain and present executive‑level decks for senior stakeholders.
• Engage with a broad network of stakeholders, including external advisory partners, to ensure alignment with programme objectives, timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in operations, HR, legal, technology and finance to drive accountability.
• Support the design and evolution of a new PMO and its operating model.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks and issues, escalating as appropriate.
• Ensure disciplined planning, clear prioritisation and effective resource allocation across programmes.

Required profile

• Strategic senior project manager capable of operating across complex environments and engaging C‑suite stakeholders.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to dive into detail when required.
• Comfortable working independently in a high‑visibility, highly governed environment.
• Available for hybrid working (three days on‑site).
