Senior Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

eBay is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team in Dublin. The role will focus on hiring top technology talent across Ireland, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Italy and France. You will partner with senior leaders, experiment with AI‑driven recruiting tools and help shape the future of eBay’s hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior tech leaders to design and execute hiring strategies for multiple EMEA markets.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing and assessment to negotiation and offer closure.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through networking, prospecting and new sourcing channels.
• Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects eBay’s values.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Business Partnering, DIB and Compensation teams.
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels to ensure inclusive, consistent processes.
• Experiment with AI‑enabled recruiting tools and share insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in e‑commerce or technology.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA labour markets and ability to adapt strategies across countries.
• Passion for technology, innovation and the future of recruiting.
• Resilient, adaptable and team‑oriented.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with leaders, colleagues and candidates.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS and CRM tools such as Workday and GEM.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms, especially LinkedIn.
