Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire high‑quality talent while shaping recruitment strategy and improving the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and interview processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments, and present shortlists with hiring recommendations.
• Lead offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and report key metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house, agency, or mixed).
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry with a strong professional network.
• Proven track record recruiting for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Experience in high‑growth, international or matrixed organisations is a plus.
