Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance

About the role

STRIVE Search is expanding its Finance team and is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the full recruitment cycle for finance‑focused positions. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with clients to understand hiring needs while mentoring junior colleagues and helping to grow the STRIVE brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end 360° recruitment process for finance roles.
• Develop and expand the Finance desk, driving new business opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices.
• Partner with clients to define hiring strategies and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Promote and enhance the STRIVE brand within the finance sector.

Required profile

• Proven agency recruitment experience within Ireland, preferably in finance.
• Ambitious, results‑driven mindset with a strong team orientation.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, performance‑focused environment.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter platform proficiency.
