Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our new Dublin office. You will build and manage a specialist desk within the technology sector, working with both permanent and contract roles and developing long‑term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a dedicated technology recruitment desk.
• Source, engage and place high‑quality candidates across permanent and contract positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers.
• Expand existing accounts into strategic, long‑term partnerships.
• Mentor junior consultants as the Dublin team expands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a sales‑driven environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes.

Required skills

• Ability to source candidates through proactive networking.
• Understanding of the technology recruitment market.
