About the role

Fruition Group Ireland is expanding its Dublin office and is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead a specialist technology desk. You will work alongside top Irish recruiters, developing your own market and building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a specialist recruitment desk within the technology sector.
• Build strong relationships with technology candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver recruitment solutions for both contract and permanent roles.
• Convert existing accounts into long‑term client partnerships.
• Proactively source high‑quality candidates through networking and market research.
• Mentor junior consultants as the Dublin team expands.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness with solid negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast‑paced setting.
