About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Finance team in Dublin. You will manage a 360 recruitment desk, building strong relationships with finance professionals and senior business leaders while delivering consultative hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for finance positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and nurture relationships with finance candidates and senior decision‑makers.
• Create and execute a business development plan to generate new client opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and position yourself as a finance specialist.
• Expand existing client accounts and identify new business prospects.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record in agency recruitment.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Consultative, advisory approach with clients and candidates.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated.
• Confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire for long‑term career growth.
