Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Morgan McKinley is seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its high‑performing Accountancy and Finance team in Dublin. You will own the full recruitment cycle, develop client relationships and drive business growth in a collaborative, people‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets.
• Source candidates through advertising, search and networking.
• Interview, select and assess candidates, preparing them and clients for interviews.
• Conduct business development activities targeting new and existing clients, including research, canvass calls and quality calls.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the specialist sector and keep all candidate and client information up to date in the database.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales or recruitment experience, preferably agency recruitment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional, self‑motivated, team‑player attitude.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, confident under pressure and tight deadlines.
