Senior Recruitment Consultant – Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our specialist Procurement desk in Dublin. You will work in a niche, senior‑level market focused on permanent appointments across Ireland, covering procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, pharma and med‑tech.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk dedicated to Procurement and Supply Chain roles.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior procurement professionals and key business stakeholders.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
• Develop and execute business development plans to grow existing and new accounts.
• Handle the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, including retained and contingent senior assignments.
• Gather market intelligence and position yourself as a specialist in the Procurement sector.
• Contribute to team initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record in agency recruitment.
• Strong business development and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Consultative, advisory approach with clients and candidates.
• Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly motivated.
