Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead high‑impact organic growth initiatives for a fast‑scaling digital operation in Ireland. You will own advanced SEO strategies across multiple international projects, driving traffic acquisition, monetisation and experimentation in highly competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis to uncover new SEO opportunities and scalable acquisition strategies.
• Develop, optimise and scale SEO‑driven assets such as review sites, satellite projects and niche domains.
• Define SEO architecture, including site structure, internal linking and content optimisation.
• Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters, designers, developers and link‑building teams.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify critical issues and implement solutions to improve crawlability and indexing.
• Build, manage and scale PBN networks while monitoring rankings and traffic metrics.
• Experiment with advanced techniques such as indexing strategies, automation scripts and unconventional growth methods.
• Oversee link‑building performance to ensure quality, scalability and alignment with SEO objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial SEO experience, preferably in competitive niches like iGaming, gambling or related verticals.
• Proven track record of successful SEO projects in grey or highly competitive industries.
• Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking signals, penalties and recovery strategies.
• Ability to design and execute SEO strategies independently from planning to implementation.
