Senior Site Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Site Operations Manager oversees all aspects of site operations to deliver optimal performance, cost efficiency and an outstanding customer and employee experience. Reporting to the Site Operations Director, this leader drives day‑to‑day execution, continuous improvement and alignment with Jabil standards in a high‑volume electronic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong safety leadership to foster an injury‑free workplace.
• Set clear direction, ambitious goals and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Promote employee engagement, inclusion and a culture of teamwork.
• Make effective decisions under pressure while balancing short‑term operational needs with long‑term priorities.
• Ensure daily operations are coordinated, productive and aligned with strategic targets.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to secure support for operational initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years senior leadership in high‑volume manufacturing, preferably electronic/high‑tech services.
• Broad knowledge of business functions such as supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, EHS, security and IT.
• Proven experience working directly with business customers and managing OEM accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional and matrix teams.
• Commercial awareness with a track record of cost management and process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with influence across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Experience with lean manufacturing is advantageous.
