Senior Site Reliability & Maintenance Manager

About the role

As a senior member of the site leadership team at Mondelēz International, you will be responsible for driving engineering and asset reliability across the manufacturing site. You will lead a team of maintenance managers and technical specialists, ensuring compliance with legal, quality, health, safety and environment standards while navigating a unionised labour environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage direct‑report maintenance managers, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Maintain stable employee‑relations in a unionised setting, partnering with labour representatives to implement operational changes.
• Develop and execute a multi‑year engineering roadmap and annual operating plan aligned with SQCDSE goals.
• Own the site’s comprehensive asset maintenance program, driving high asset reliability, predictive maintenance and condition‑based monitoring.
• Standardise business continuity and compliance procedures for all assets, contractors and employees.
• Establish governance frameworks to monitor OEE, MTBF and vendor SLAs, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance managers in a fast‑paced manufacturing/CPG environment.
• Demonstrated success working within unionised workplaces with strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to build and develop high‑performing technical teams.
• Strategic mindset with experience delivering multi‑year engineering plans and financial governance.

Required skills

• Progressive Maintenance (PM) principles.
• Condition‑Based Monitoring (CBM) and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with OEE, MTBF and vendor service level agreements.
