Senior Software Engineer - Sensors Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a world‑class engineering team building next‑generation intelligent devices and sensor‑driven experiences. You will design and deliver software that enables data collection, analysis, visualization and validation for a variety of connected products used by millions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for sensor data acquisition, testing and demos.
• Build cross‑platform desktop utilities for Windows and Linux that interface with mobile and wearable devices.
• Create scalable software components using Java, Kotlin, Python, C++, C# and .NET.
• Collaborate with software, systems, data and algorithm teams to deliver features across smartphones, wearables, XR platforms and emerging connected technologies.
• Support data‑processing pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance and operational efficiency.
• Assist in data‑collection activities, troubleshoot software issues and validate feature performance in real‑world environments.
• Develop demonstration and validation tools for internal teams, partners and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional software development experience in mobile, embedded or connected‑device environments.
• Strong Android development background using Java and/or Kotlin.
• Solid object‑oriented programming skills with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality software.
• Experience with C++ and Python for application and tool development.
• Proficiency with source‑control systems such as Git.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
