Senior Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are a niche recruitment firm renowned in the Irish market, seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist to support our senior Partners on financial services mandates. This hands‑on role focuses on research, candidate engagement and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sourcing for live roles using networks, LinkedIn, databases, job boards and AI tools.
• Conduct structured screening calls to assess candidate fit, motivations and availability.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM to ensure full visibility of the recruitment process.
• Coordinate CV submissions, interview scheduling and client feedback professionally.
• Keep talent pools warm and relevant for upcoming mandates.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a recruitment firm, preferably sourcing for financial services.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and comfort using AI‑driven research tools.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client‑facing interactions.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced, Partner‑led environment.
• Curious, self‑directed and proactive.
