Senior Strategy Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, EMEA, the Senior Strategy Manager will help shape and execute Fiserv’s growth agenda across the region. The role combines market insight, structured analysis, and strategic planning to support senior leadership and drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategies in response to competitive dynamics, industry trends, and technology change.
• Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and support revenue and market‑share expansion.
• Build and maintain structured datasets covering market sizing, competitive positioning, and key performance indicators.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions across the EMEA business.
• Deliver market scans to surface organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Partner with data and commercial teams to enable data‑driven initiatives.
• Coordinate inputs for quarterly business reviews, prepare presentation materials, and track key actions.
• Respond to ad‑hoc requests from regional executives, including analysis and briefing preparation.

Required profile

• Experience in a complex organisation, consultancy, or regulated sector.
• Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems into structured components.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent; postgraduate qualification in economics, business, strategy or related field is a plus.
• Attention to detail and high quality of output.
