Senior Talent Account Executive

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Talent Account Executive to join its Dublin team. You will drive new business for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions portfolio, combining inbound and outbound prospecting to help organisations recruit and develop talent. The role operates in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with collaborative days in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quota by closing new business.
• Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
• Provide accurate forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline visibility for management.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
• Coach colleagues, contribute best‑practice documentation, and take initiative on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluency in English; additional fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
• Proven ability to sell IT, recruiting or HR software solutions to C‑level stakeholders.
• Experience engaging HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development leaders.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS opportunity management in CRM/Dynamics.
