Senior Tax Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior-level position sits within the finance leadership team of a large, well‑established multinational organisation. You will combine deep tax expertise with commercial business partnering, governance and strategic project work, shaping tax strategy and supporting major initiatives across Ireland, the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused tax advice across a broad range of matters.
• Lead Irish and UK corporation tax compliance, reporting and statutory filing.
• Manage tax provisioning, forecasting and statutory reporting.
• Support major transactions, business cases and strategic projects.
• Oversee transfer pricing, Pillar Two, Country‑by‑Country Reporting and interest limitation requirements.
• Drive tax governance, controls and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data‑analytics tools to enhance reporting and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in finance, legal and commercial teams.

Required profile

• CTA or Chartered Tax qualified (accountancy qualification advantageous).
• 10+ years of tax experience, including 7+ years post‑qualification.
• Strong corporate tax and tax accounting knowledge.
• Experience in a multinational or complex organisation is highly desirable.
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and stakeholder‑management skills.
