Senior Technical Submittals Coordinator – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Submittals Coordinator to join a leading Irish main contractor. The role involves managing technical information, submittals, and design delivery across residential, commercial and heritage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical submittals, RFIs and consultant communications throughout design and construction phases.
• Maintain and update construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Support delivery teams by facilitating information flow between designers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement to keep projects on schedule and within quality requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience with an Irish or UK main contractor.
• Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical submittals, RFIs and construction documentation processes.
• Exposure to BCAR procedures is highly desirable.
