About the role
The Senior Trainer/Consultant will be based in Dublin with a hybrid work model, supporting key client accounts and driving commercial growth. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring service excellence and strategic alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts and manage client portfolios.
- Deliver training sessions and consultancy services tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise customer service processes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and commercial strategy.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales or account management.
- Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
