SEO Specialist (Strategy & Growth)

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist focused on strategy and growth to drive measurable organic traffic in Ireland. You will shape how users discover our digital products across search engines, working closely with cross‑functional teams to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with quarterly OKRs.
• Manage a continuous pipeline of technical, content, and growth experiments.
• Oversee technical SEO performance, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, and structured data.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability, supporting migrations and structural changes.
• Lead keyword research, user‑intent mapping, and on‑page optimization.
• Create scalable content publishing frameworks that meet search demand and conversion goals.
• Design and execute off‑page SEO tactics such as backlink acquisition through digital PR and partnerships.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, engineering, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Produce SEO documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a growth‑driven, agency or enterprise setting.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawl optimization, indexing, site structure, and JavaScript considerations.
• Proven experience in content strategy, keyword research, on‑page optimization, and conversion‑focused SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, headless systems) and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
