Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative

About the role

The Service Driver / Customer Delivery Representative role involves travelling across East Clare to service a diverse range of customers. You will be responsible for delivering, installing, collecting and exchanging units or products while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites and fulfil service requests in a professional manner.
• Provide regular updates to service management on request status and any issues.
• Ensure all stock and services supplied are suitable and meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and contribute to meeting performance targets.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies and route planning requirements.

Required profile

• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Positive ‘can‑do’ attitude and initiative.

Required skills

• Valid driving licence (Irish/EU).
