Service Technician – Field Based (Midlands)

About the role

Culligan is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join its field team in the Midlands. You will be responsible for the sanitisation, maintenance and repair of water coolers and drinking‑water systems at customer sites, ensuring high hygiene standards and reliable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled sanitisation and disinfection of water coolers and drinking‑water systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment safe, hygienic and fully operational.
• Install, service and repair water coolers and filtration units, including filter replacement.
• Diagnose faults, implement effective solutions and record all service activities digitally.
• Manage van stock, tools and consumables required for daily tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a professional ambassador for Culligan.

Required profile

• Full, valid driving licence (maximum 6 points, no disqualifying offences).
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage a busy schedule and meet performance KPIs.
• Good geographical knowledge of the Midlands and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues (training provided for specific equipment).
