Service Technician – Water Treatment Systems

About the role

Culligan Home is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain and repair residential water treatment solutions across multiple locations in Ireland. You will work directly with customers, ensuring their water filtration, softening and purification systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening and reverse‑osmosis units.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and inspections to identify and resolve system malfunctions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry advancements and pursue continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineer or Plumber, preferably in water‑treatment.
• Valid plumbing and/or engineering licence or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
