Service Technician – Water Treatment Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to join Culligan Home’s field team across Ireland. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing residential water‑treatment equipment such as filtration units, reverse‑osmosis systems and water softeners.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and repair water‑treatment systems at customer premises.
• Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify faults.
• Provide technical advice to customers on operation and upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Coordinate schedules with internal teams for installations and maintenance visits.
• Stay informed on industry developments and pursue continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Engineer or Plumber, preferably in water‑treatment.
• Valid plumbing or engineering licence, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Installation and maintenance of water‑treatment equipment (filtration, softening, purification).
• Diagnostic testing of water‑treatment systems.
• Plumbing and engineering technical knowledge.
