SharePoint Administrator – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join the Group IT Applications team of a leading international manufacturing organisation. The role focuses on managing and enhancing the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment across multiple global locations, with a hybrid working model that includes three days onsite in Kingscourt, Co. Cavan.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
• Manage site provisioning, permissions, governance, and lifecycle processes.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Purview compliance and retention policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and deliver collaboration solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, security, and user adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide user support and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering SharePoint Online.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365, including Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and ShareGate.
• Demonstrated experience with governance, permissions, security, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or Power Platform is a plus.
