Shift Lead – Retail Store

About the role

The Shift Lead is a keyholder responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You will manage shift activities, deploy staff effectively, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the store day‑to‑day and ensure operations run smoothly.
• Deploy colleagues correctly to “make every customer count” during your shift.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and team members.
• Maintain store safety at all times.

• Safety‑conscious with an eye for detail to spot compliance opportunities.
