Shipping and Receiving Operator

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verify documentation and material certification.
• Maintain safe storage, accurate inventory, and traceability of aerospace components.
• Prepare and dispatch shipments, ensuring packaging meets aerospace, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and verify shipping documentation, coordinate with couriers, and handle export compliance.
• Support quality, safety and compliance activities, including audits and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or material handling environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and planning abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials according to procedures.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (license or experience).
• Basic computer skills for record keeping and documentation.
