About the role
We are looking for a Shop Floor Assistant to join our retail team in Ballina. The role focuses on maintaining a well‑presented store, ensuring stock is merchandised, rotated and displayed to the highest standards while upholding hygiene and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Merchandise, rotate and face‑off all stock in the assigned department.
- Process orders for various departments and ensure accurate deliveries.
- Maintain store presentation and adhere to branding values.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on layout changes, ends and sides.
- Apply correct labelling and stock rotation procedures.
- Keep the back‑store tidy, organized and properly packed away.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
