Shop Floor Assistant – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Shop Floor Assistant to join our Centra store in Dooradoyle. You will be responsible for maintaining a well‑presented, hygienic shopping environment while ensuring that all stock is merchandised, rotated and faced correctly. This full‑time position offers the chance to work within a dynamic retail team that values energy, imagination and community focus.

Key responsibilities

• Live Centra brand values – Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, Community‑Based.
• Process orders for various departments and ensure timely replenishment.
• Merchandise and present the entire store to the highest standard at all times.
• Liaise with the Store Manager on layout changes, ends and sides, and implement them accurately.
• Apply correct labelling, stock rotation procedures and check deliveries against goods‑inward protocols.
• Maintain a tidy back‑store and ensure all items are packed away safely.
