Site Manager – Construction (Dublin)

About the role

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join its Construction Team in Dublin. The role involves day‑to‑day supervision of residential and regeneration projects, ensuring that works are carried out to design, quality, health‑and‑safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the construction stage on‑site, ensuring contractors follow design specifications.
• Organise adequate on‑site supervision and monitor progress against the programme.
• Report to the Employer’s Representative and coordinate contract interfaces.
• Assess contractor claims, payment applications and method statements, providing clear feedback.
• Maintain detailed records, measurements, correspondence and contractual documentation.
• Produce regular site reports, including photographic evidence of significant events.
• Document and approve any variations, delays or industrial disputes before execution.
• Attend and contribute to regular site meetings, informing supervisory staff of relevant matters.
• Assist with overall contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in site management within residential or regeneration projects.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen to manage complex construction contracts.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• High work ethic, adaptability and drive to meet the LDA’s ambitious delivery targets.
