Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Flynn is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day‑to‑day construction operations on high‑profile projects in Cork. You will be responsible for delivering safe, on‑time, high‑quality work across critical environments such as data centres, life‑sciences facilities and aviation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety, quality and client expectations are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, monitoring progress against programme and budget.
• Report progress to Project Managers/Contracts Manager and maintain accurate documentation.
• Plan, schedule and execute works in line with contract documents and construction programme.
• Maintain strong relationships with design teams, client representatives and the supply chain.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of construction industry and project execution.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time with a keen eye for finishes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑starter with good judgment under pressure and commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project scheduling or similar construction management software.
