About the role

Collen is seeking a Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for large‑scale construction projects, including hyperscale data centre builds. The role places safety and inclusivity at the core of daily operations, ensuring that every stakeholder shares a commitment to a secure and collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to deliver project milestones on schedule.
• Report progress, issues, and risks to the Project Manager.
• Monitor resource allocation, quality control, and site logistics.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 3rd level construction or engineering degree, or equivalent trade qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a site‑based managerial role.
• Experience on large‑scale construction projects, preferably hyperscale data centres.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor teams.
