About the role

Cunningham Contracts is seeking an experienced and talented Site Manager to join its high‑performing team in Clondalkin, Co Dublin. You will lead site‑based teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site‑based teams of employees and subcontractors, ensuring performance aligns with tender allowances and programme schedules.
• Monitor and minimise variations, manage programme slippage, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers, specialist subcontractors, and internal functions to support project delivery.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives, conduct inductions, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Act as a company ambassador, promoting corporate and Business Unit initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in construction management or at least five years’ construction management experience.
• Minimum five years of management experience delivering residential projects to completion.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, safe, and efficient construction projects.
• Working knowledge of Irish construction industry regulations and standards.
