Site Manager – Residential Construction (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead residential and regeneration projects across Ireland. Based in Dublin, you will oversee large‑scale housing developments from construction start through to handover, working closely with contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations and coordinate on‑site activities.
• Supervise contractors, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, produce regular reports and update stakeholders.
• Review contractor submissions, assess payment applications and approve where appropriate.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and construction regulations.
• Travel to multiple sites as required while based in Dublin.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager or Resident Engineer.
• Strong background in residential construction and large‑scale regeneration projects.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, site operations and project delivery.
• Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
