Site Manager – Residential & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead residential and infrastructure developments in the Greater Dublin area. The Site Manager will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily site activities, production teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Drive a strong HSE culture, overseeing inductions, toolbox talks and RAMS compliance.
• Work closely with Site Engineers to verify that works align with technical drawings, building regulations and structural specifications.
• Monitor resources, control material waste and maintain accurate daily progress and variation logs.
• Oversee groundworks, infrastructure installation (roads, sewers, utilities) and structural elements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, civil engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer on residential groundworks, infrastructure or housing layouts.
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate clearly with teams.
