Site Supervisor – Decarbonisation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead M&E‑focused decarbonisation projects across multiple sites in Ireland. The role blends office‑based planning with hands‑on on‑site supervision to ensure safe, efficient delivery in line with company standards and HSEQ procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations in live public environments such as schools.
• Coordinate plant, materials, deliveries, lifting operations and subcontractor activities.
• Interpret M&E drawings and oversee installations of heat pumps, PV solar systems, LED conversions and boiler removals.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and HSEQ compliance.
• Manage reporting streams, resolve on‑site issues proactively and minimise disruption to the public.
• Ensure all works comply with insurance and liability requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites in public settings.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and decarbonisation technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on safety and quality.
