SMB Sales Trainer

About the role

The SMB Sales Trainer designs and delivers instructional programs that empower sales teams across small‑ and medium‑business segments. You will create learning resources, facilitate instructor‑led sessions, and assess the impact of training on business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led training courses for new and experienced sales staff.
• Develop eLearning modules, assessments, certifications, and related training materials.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend targeted learning interventions.
• Maintain and administer the Learning Management System, including course registration, surveys, reporting, and analytics.
• Evaluate existing training programs for effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights.
• Establish feedback loops between learning teams and leadership.
• Schedule classes, create a positive learning culture, and advise managers on professional development.
• Identify and escalate issues that pose business risk.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in training, talent development, or coaching.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in a cloud, AI, or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in sales or sales training is preferred.
