Social Media Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join Pardgroup’s Dublin team. You will shape the company’s corporate and personal brand presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, working closely with the CEO and international teams to produce compelling digital storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Pardgroup’s social media channels, maintaining distinct voices for corporate and personal branding.
• Plan, shoot, edit and publish engaging visual content for Instagram and LinkedIn, including Reels, Stories and short‑form videos.
• Maintain content calendars aligned with company news, projects and leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CEO to create personal‑brand content and with global teams to source approvals.
• Monitor engagement metrics, produce regular performance reports and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and community‑management best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable audience growth.
• Native‑level English with excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Based in Dublin or within a commutable distance.
• Proactive, highly organised and comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience supporting a founder or executive personal brand, fluency in an additional language, basic Canva design skills.
