Software Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Architect to shape the design and architecture of our cloud‑based platform. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and cross‑BU teams to ensure solutions meet architectural standards, non‑functional requirements, and deliver enterprise‑grade experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define product road‑maps and technical enablers together with product and engineering management.
• Lead the design and implementation of secure, cost‑efficient, reliable, performant and scalable cloud solutions.
• Establish and maintain software architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
• Communicate non‑functional requirements and architectural decisions clearly to development teams.
• Identify and reduce strategic technical debt.
• Evaluate tools, technologies and processes to improve platform quality.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship and contribute to core platform packages.
• Partner with DevOps and Platform Engineering to automate deployments and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years in a software, technical or solution architecture role.
• Strong understanding of technological risk, non‑functional requirements and enterprise‑scale solutions.

Required skills

• Microsoft technology stack (e.g..NET, Azure)
• Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and familiarity with other cloud providers)
• DevOps practices and tooling
• Security and compliance principles
